Prem P. Gogia, MD, DPT, PhD, MBA
Dr. Gogia, based in Houston, has nearly four decades of experience in the health care delivery system. He has extensive clinical, research, teaching and management experience. He has been involved with hospice, home health and assisted living/memory care facilities for many years. Dr. Gogia has published 21 research/special interest papers in professional journals. In addition to contributing a few chapters to books, he is the author of the books titled Alzheimer Rehabilitation (German), Clinical Alzheimer Rehabilitation, Clinical Cardiac Rehabilitation, Clinical Wound Management, and Clinical Orthopedic Tests. Currently he is working on two books, End of Life Care and Alzheimer Disease: A Caregiver Guide. Dr. Gogia received a MD degree from All Saints University of Medicine, a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from Drexel University, and a PhD degree from Texas Woman’s University. Dr. Gogia also earned a MBA degree from Southern Illinois University. Dr. Gogia is not licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Special interest includes Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, end-of-life and palliative care.
